基本上, 1.4.x 的 grouping 都不正常的,
我未測到這個版本是改善了多少, 最好是等新版本的 astnow 考驗一下.

用代理人發 dtmf 的笨失誤修正了.
: - Fix a crash that occurs when using dialplan functions to set global
: variables
重大修正.
用global會掛掉, 又是 1.4.x 不時出現的諷刺問題.
