Last week I have asked a friend to send a list of numbers to me via SMS. I am quite annoyed by the tedious procedure to import those numbers within my mobile. Much of the problem should be blamed to the poor old management interface.

Even with an usb port connected to a computer, the whole experience is nice and fast enough.

At this point, I think about finding some kind of SMS phone-book service. Though not searched thoroughly, I deeply believe that such a service, or better, is available in the state. But up to now, I cannot find compatible ones in Hong Kong. Maybe I can devote some time to make one. I have to study asterisk + SMS within this year, anyway.

SMS related service , or , even spam and phishing over gsm telephony, is fancy in the mainland. Hong Kong is really backward in practice. What a shame.

I suppose to read kinda of RFC on SMS. Perhaps may have to write one in order to share a java client ?
